WOODEN IKAT HOLDERS AND HANGERS

If you have a splendid textile to display, you also need a means to hang it. I have a great deal of wooden hand carved ikat holders purchased in Lombok, Indonesia which will display your textiles beautifully. Another use for this wooden holders is to use them as tie racks and yet another is to place a smaller wooden holder above a door as a decoration.

This hand carved small curved design ikat holder [at the bottom of the picture] comes in a number of sizes. However, it would not be possible to hang a heavy textile on this holder as the rod is quite thin. This style is perfect for light textiles though.
